Dwayne is currently the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that was established by him in the year 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is deeply committed to training the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board as a Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne with his wife Leslie as well as their three children.
